At site m25 concrete is widely prepared by contractor by mix ratio of 1:1:2 with 10 bags of cement/ m3. This mix is against the maximum cement content clause of 450 kg/ M3 as per is 456. Which IS code mentions this mix ratio of M25. Is this practise for preparation of m25 concrete by mix 1:1:2 technically correct?
