how we can calculate rate analysis of M20 & M25?

Qty of Material for 10cu-m =cost of material+Labour+ Incedential Expenses n Over head= X
X/10= A…………Cost Per cu-m
General Formulae to Calculate qty of Material for RCC is 15.2/a+b+c for 10cu-m
where a=Cement
b= Sand
c=Aggregates
For Nominal Mix M15: 1:2:4 here a is one part cement /b is sand/c is aggregate
M20:1:1.5:3 here a is one part cement /b is sand/c is aggregate
To this you add labour
To this you add over Head Charges
To this you add% of Profit
To this you add Taxes
Total cost you divide by 10 cu-m this will give you cost /cu-m
Foe desgine mIx you need to do trial with admixture then calculate cement and other materiaal content accordingly with Slump in Mind.
Hope you are clear if you want more information you can Refer any Estimating aand costing Book and for desgine mix you can refer Jain& Krishna BooK ( RCC STRUCTURE)
