Whether there is any IS/ACI, Standards or any auther’s research data for Mix design is useful for artificial/Crushed sand ( currently the sand is produced by various VSI crushers). becos I experienced that recent available IS standard of MIX design solution gives somewhat trubles while implimenting the same solution at actual concreting in site.

our BOQ says in RCC Form work -Providing and fixing form work of approved quality for cast-in-situ, plain or reinforced concrete works of any type and section at all elevations for superstructure works (for columns, beams, slab etc.) above plinth level in all kinds of work, including but I have to claim additional height where floor height exceed from 3.5 metre height as per CPWD specification i would like to ask you whether i can claim it or not please guide us

Myself Chetan S.Kalaskar working as Asst Engr. in Irrigation departement GoK ,My Question is what are IS Codes for testing Cement Concrete Cubes for M10, M5, M7.5 grades of concrete mix. I have heard that there is no need for testing Cement Concrete Cubes for M10, M5, M7.5 grades of concrete mix as these Mixes are meant only for Levelling course or Profile corrective course. Please guide me what is the fact.
