when can a soil be considered to be modified? please i need the ranges required for plastic limit, liquid limit, linear shrinkage, the shear strength parameters and so on. Thank u.
Dear Sir,
If i use a HSFG bolts for a beam to beam connection due to specifications where i have only shear and no axial load and leave it without pre tensioning, will my shear capacity will be same as normal HT bolts.
Suppose for M24 bolts as per IS:4000 my shear capacity for HT bolts are 73.2KN, what will it be for the HSFG bolts which are simply connected same as HT bolts and not pre tensioned, same 73.2KN ?.
First of all weather can we do it like that ?
Are the properties of both HT Bolts and HSFG same and are HSFG bolts are same HT bolts taken and pre tensioned ?
I am totally confused kindly help me ?
Dear Sir
