Thanks for your help all this while, I am still an undergraduate and i will like to know which area can i specialize in civil engineering? Thanks
i want know about settling of cocrete slab structur, it will go done ?
HOw much salary maximum i will get in civil engineering jobs.
sir,
please explain the moment of inertia and second moment of inertial, Cuple
dear sir
please tell me how to convert kgs in volume
for example
cement 350 kg
fine aggregate 840kg
coarse aggregate 1180 kg
Dear Sir/mam,
I am a civil engineering graduate 2009 passout and presently working in
NABL accreditated material testing laboratory as a Quality Control Engineer.
I am interested in doing PG but confused about the specialiazation.
plz suggest me which course will be perfect for me to have good future in the civil engineering
Industry.
would you please grant me you kind by informing me detail designing steps widely used in India for the designing Individual houses building.
Can you kindly inform me how is the design criteria changes while using Fe 415 and Fe 500 grade of rebar.
Kindly inform me,whether in India still people are using the design as per Fe 415 or as Fe 500 grade of reinforcement bar?
Kindly reply.
Dear sir,
I would like to know the difference between ceramic and vertified tiles in detail.
why fly-ash use in concrete? diffrent type of fly-ash,how many quantity use in mix of diffrent grade of concrete.

hello sir
i have just finished my 12th .i was thinking about doing civil engineering but the fact that it is not suitable for girls came to my mind.i definitely am interested in civil engineering but i still am skeptical about it .will i get good jobs after i complete my course being a girl
.
thank you.your suggestion will definitely be of great help to me.
Please another thing i want to know if it is possible to prepare the excel sheet in calculating the amount of concrete materials to be in the construction per 1m3 of volume
thanks
Please let me know the rough raw material costing for PCC Poles 9M, 160KG and 11 Meter, 365 KGs
Concrete Garde shall be M-50.
Steel wire size shall be 4 MM
Please tell me the rough estimated costing
I need to make a personal road with concrete of 40 meters length and 4 mtrs wide to withstand truck load capacity of 40 Tons.
Can you please suggest me the mix i should use for the above concreting along with the thickness of the concrete, which shall be carried out over well compacted sub soil.
I shall be gratefull, if i can get the design calculation to justify the above.
Thanks & Regards,

sir. i finished my ug and wrote gate exam .. secured a descent score and got hydraulic and water resource engineering in iit kharagpur and transporation engineering and management in nit trichirappalli… i am confused what to opt .. could you pls give some guidance and scope in future for those disciplines
@pooja
Who says civil engineering is not suitable for girls??
U can do civil engineering then u can go for IES( Indian engineering services), design jobs which is mainly office job, u can go for higher studies and can do project management in civil engineering. Actually site job is not suitable for girls in India but design job is good.Hope i answer your question.
@ Arnold Martin
Yes it is possible.
