Dear Sir,
I have a industrial plot sized appx 38M X 112 M. Plot is situated very near to a railway station. The ground level of plot is about 3′ low to the road. I am interested to construct a factory shed on it. Kindly advise me the following;
1. How earth filling work of the land can be avoided as it costs appx. 15 Lacs investement. And in this case how can rain water/ domestic water be dispossed off.
2. How to construct low cost boundry wall about 8′ high allround the plot. Two sides of plots have already constructed building, One side is road, other side is open land.
