The concrete mix design available on this site are for reference purpose only. Actual site conditions vary and thus this should be adjusted as per the location and other factors. These are just to show you how to calculate and we are thankful to all the members who have emailed us these mix designs so that these could be shared with civil engineers worldwide.
If you also have any mix design and want to share it with us, just comment on this post and we will be in touch with you.
Here is the summary of links of all the mix designs we have till date:-
Mix Design For M20 Grade Of Concrete
Mix Design For M35 Grade Of Concrete
Mix Design For M40 Grade Of Concrete
Mix Design For M50 Grade Of Concrete
Mix Design For M60 Grade Of Concrete
We will add more soon. You can help us do this fast, just email us any mix design you have.
If you have a query, you can ask a question here.
Sir please send me the design mix for M25
M25=1:1:2
Cement consumption of 1:2:3, ,1:4:8
Sir please send me the design mix for M25/M40 For the Building Project.
please teach, sand and blue metal calculation for M10 & M30 mix
Sir plz give me the design mix for M25/M30 with cement replace by a fly ash as 12.5%, 25%. &37.5% replacement of cement with fly ash
what is the cement consumption of 1:2:4,1:3:6
please rply me
what is RCC ?explain briefly
Reinforce cement concrete
Concrete possess a high compressive strength and is usually more economical
than steel and is non corrosive which can be made with locally available
materials.
Hence concrete is used widely in all present-day constructions. The concrete is
good in compression and bad in tension. Hence liable to be cracked when
subjected to tensile load. In situations where tensile stresses are developed
concrete is strengthened by steel bars forming a composite construction called
Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC).
M10=1:4:8, M15=1:2:4, M20=1:1.5:3,M25=1:1:2,
Sir please send me the design mix calculation procedure and one model calculation for any one grade
Sir, Please tell me, How can i prepare the grade10 concrete…? what is the ingredients….?
Sir plz give me the design mix for M20/M25 with cement replace by a fly ash as 12.5%, 25%. & 37.5% replacement of cement with fly ash ( Use RMC plant )
Sir, Please send me the mix design for M-20,M-25 & M-30 grade
M-20: one part of cement, one and half part of sand and three parts of well graded crushed stone or chips
M-25: One part of cement to one part of sand to two parts of well graded crushed stone or chips
M-30: ????????/no mix required, if we go on to much higher binding ingradinats, it will reduce the strength.
we are making concrete of M25 with 1:1:2 ration and we made boxes of 1.25 cftas per 1: 1:2 = 1.25 *4 = 5cft * 8 = 40 cft = 1.13 M3 is it that we are using 400kg cement for M3. Pls let me know
=> its 10bags of cement
