We are thankful to Er. Raj M. Khan for sharing this information with us on engineeringcivil.com. We hope this would be of great significance to civil engineers.
If you have a query, you can ask a question here.
thanks for your guidance about mix design sir…….
Dear sir,
If i use the specific gravity -dry, for the calculations of mix design, is there any problem for the presentation?
No, You can not use the dry specific Gravity, because you have to maintain W/C ratio & After that the moisture correction is to be made. else the desired slump can not be achieved.
which admixture will used in M30 grade concrete ,give ex.
please give description about unit weight of m30
just add the concrete ingredients of m-30
water =173.23 kg cement= 455.87kg fine aggregate (specific gravity2.67 =442.27 kg
coarsse aggregate specific gravity (2.92) = 1405.69 kg
unit wt of m30 after 28days curing is = 2650kg /cum in lab condition it may be deffer at site
thanks for every one helping each other
its my pleasure
Can you plz help me with m30 mix ratio in litres.it would be very helpful of you. Ithank you
Very thankful to you sir
sir for making m-30 or m40 class paver which machine i purchase technically.thanks
dear, sir can u write me what are the ratio i used (cement, sand, stone dust, water or any chemical for making of solid bricks) which is harden and can be used for construction of building. i newly start production of cement solid brick for rural people which is cheaper then clay brick thankin you
Can you plz help me with m30 mix ratio in kg.it would be very helpful of you. Ithank you
Dear sir,
If i use the specific gravity -dry, for the calculations of mix design, is there any problem for the presentation?
for the example that you have solved for m30 what’s the mix ratio sir
what is mix ratio for m30
am gettin 41.5 as strength at th7 day for m30 amd opc 53. is it correct
can anyone tel me mix proportion for M30 in terms of ghamela ??? like at site i used normal concrete mixer . so wat do i need to tell to labour to pour in the materials
This is very necessary for all civil engineers. Thanks to all.
How can we calculate the Mix design for M-30 C.C keeping cement content constant ?
can design mix concrete be converted into nominal mix concrete at work site for concrete grade more than M25 and above.
can i suggest some clarity and improvement?
Dear sir can U write me the mixer machine mix m-30 site. pl. write me Box size. Thanking you
Thanks for your information regards mix design of m30
