Steel-structure Construction Has Become the Main Force of Prefabricated Building

Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD) claims that the prefabricated buildingshould account for above 15% of all new buildings in China by 2020 during the 13th Five-Year Plan; and various districts are encouraged to make higher goals. Therefore, it is universally acknowledged that prefabricated building leads the trend of present construction industry with the innovative development.

As the most natural form in prefabricated building, steel structure construction plays a main role because it is most suitable for the requirement of low carbon cities’ construction plan with plenty of advantages such as energy saving, environmental protection, good anti-seismic performance, recyclable materials and so on, which will capture extensive attention of experts and enterprises.

2018 Matchmaking Meeting of Overseas Project on Prefabricated Housing
First held in 2017, the Matchmaking program has become one of the signature event of CIHIE. This year, the event encountered unexpectedly strong enthusiasm from overseas buyers — over 50 enterprises, more than double from last year, booked meeting sessions with at least 4 of our handpicked Chinese suppliers! 2018 Global Prefabricated Building Development Summit
Delving into the globe’s latest technological results and market dynamics on high-rise Steel Structure, Precast Concrete, and Wooden Houses, the summit was the flagship event of CIHIE 2018.
